Complete the online application then a CCS Franchise Development representative will contact you to discuss the CCS franchise opportunity and answer any initial questions you have.

You will complete our franchise application which will help us learn more about you including business background and experience, financials, goals, etc. Once we have received this document we will setup a conference call with a CCS Franchise Development Manager to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

After the conference call and if there is a mutual interest to move forward, we will provide a copy of our FDD document for you to review. A copy of the FDD document is required by law at least 14 days prior to entering into a franchise agreement. The FDD contains an overview of the business opportunity, investments required, and more.

Discovery day will allow you to visit a full operating CCS business. At our corporate offices located in Atlanta Georgia, you will be able to see a CCS business in action including visiting an actual job site. The discovery day normally lasts 4-6 hours and you can fly in/fly out the same day if desired. We often recommend visitors to stay the night in Atlanta and explore our great city. We encourage you to bring anyone who would be a partner in the business including business partner, significant other, or colleague.

When you are ready to move forward, you will proceed with signing the franchise documents and attend CCS University new franchise training program at our corporate offices. This training will cover all aspects of the CCS business and how to grow your business with proven systems. Upon completion of the initial training, it will normally take around 45-60 days to open your new location.

On-site opening training is held at your new CCS location going on scheduled sales appointments, preparing proposals, setting up your new CCS business operations, and more. After that, the training never ends. We plan frequent site visits, weekly conference calls, and other going training designed for your success.

Upon competition of the on-site training, your new CCS business will be officially opened for business. Congratulations and welcome to the Classic Commercial Services family.
